There is a set of standard reports that can be generated by eC-Messenger.

Available Reports#

• The MessageStatusXMLReport gives a thorough overview about all aspects of a message.
• The GroupStatusXMLReport gives a thorough overview about all aspects of a group.

How to obtain Reports#

Reports can be scheduled through the Event-User Interface, as Scheduled Task or through the controlling XML of the AsynchronousAPI (Message Reports and Group Status Reports).

ReportRequestType explaines the XML Snippet used to schedule theses reports.
